Encrypted Vehicle Tag Identity
Every vehicle Vehicle Tag uses cryptographic encryption bound to that specific vehicle. Standard cloning attacks don't work. The identity cannot be duplicated, transferred, or spoofed.
Tamper-Evident Tags
Vehicle Tags are tamper-evident — any attempt to physically remove or modify a tag is recorded. A tampered tag is immediately flagged in your dashboard.
Immutable Audit Logs
Transaction records cannot be altered after they are written. Every fueling event — approved or denied — is permanently logged with a timestamp, vehicle ID, station, and volume.
Encrypted Data at Rest & in Transit
All transaction data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Your fleet data is never stored in plaintext.
Real-Time Fraud Detection
Denied authorizations are logged and surfaced immediately. Unusual patterns — repeated rejections, off-hours attempts, unfamiliar stations — are flagged for review.
Role-Based Access Control
Fleet managers, finance teams, and station operators each see only what they need to. Permissions are scoped to role — no accidental or unauthorized access to sensitive data.

This audit trail is available at any time — for internal review, dispute resolution, compliance audits, or external reporting. You never have to reconstruct what happened from paper receipts or memory.
