The Problem
Fuel moves every economy — yet it is tracked on paper.
Across Africa, businesses depend on vehicles, and vehicles depend on fuel. But the way fuel is purchased, authorized, and accounted for is still largely manual: cash at the pump, paper receipts, logbooks, and end-of-month reconciliation.
The result is predictable: limited visibility for companies, leakage that is hard to prove, heavy administrative work for finance teams, and station records that never quite match company records.
