Vetrol provides digital infrastructure that businesses and fuel stations use to authorize, process, monitor, and reconcile fuel transactions — including smart fuel tags, Android POS software, dashboards, invoicing workflows, and APIs.

Vetrol does not sell fuel. Fuel is sold by independent fuel stations. Vetrol provides the infrastructure through which fuel transactions are identified, authorized, and recorded.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, for the actions of users they authorize, and for keeping account and vehicle information accurate and current.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized access, no interference with transaction processing, no use of another party's tags or credentials, and no activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

Authorization of a transaction reflects the rules, limits, and funds configured by the relevant company at the time of the transaction. Records of transactions are made available to the parties involved. Commercial terms — including fees, funding, and settlement — are set out in the applicable customer or partner agreement.

The Vetrol platform, brand, and documentation are the property of [Company legal name]. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the service.

The website content is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Vetrol is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or platform, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable customer or partner agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
