The Flow
How Vetrol transactions are processed at your station.
-
01
Vehicle arrives
A customer vehicle with a Vetrol smart fuel tag pulls up to the pump.
-
02
Attendant scans the tag
Using the Vetrol Android POS, the attendant scans the tag to identify the vehicle and its company.
-
03
Transaction is authorized
Vetrol checks the company's rules, limits, and funds, then approves the transaction in real time.
-
04
Fuel is dispensed
The attendant fuels the vehicle as usual — no cash or vouchers change hands.
-
05
Everything is recorded
The sale appears in your station dashboard and the customer's company dashboard instantly.
Hardware
One Android POS. Every transaction.
Vetrol provides Android POS devices to partner stations as part of onboarding. Attendants use the device to scan smart fuel tags, process Vetrol transactions, and record walk-in sales.
The device is designed for forecourt conditions and everyday attendant use — simple to learn, quick at the pump.

Scope
An honest picture of what Smart Station is today.
Smart Station today centers on the Vetrol Android POS: transaction recording, Vetrol payment processing, walk-in sales, EBM invoicing, digital invoice delivery, and reporting.
Smart Station does not currently include inventory management or cashier management, and it does not ship with built-in POS printers. Where printed output is needed, Smart Station supports compatible external printers after integration is configured.
Additional hardware and IoT integrations are planned capabilities on the Smart Station roadmap, introduced as modules as they become available.
